Teachers

Michelle Noble
2’s Teacher
My name is Michelle Noble. I was born and raised in Everett. I currently live in Lake Stevens with my husband and 2 year old son. I am eager to bring my enthusiasm and positive energy to the preschool and help create an inclusive and comfortable environment to support the children in learning through play and social interactions. I earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology and a K-8 Education Certificate from Western Washington University. I started my formal education career as a paraeducator for 3 years in multiple classrooms and then taught Kindergarten for 2 years in Mukilteo Public Schools. I was also a family nanny for a few families in between. My personal interests include reading, skiing, hiking, and traveling. I enjoy DIY house projects, and I am always willing to learn a new skill.

Raine Loyles
3’s and 4-5’s Teacher
As a teen, I spent most of my free time tutoring, counseling at camps, and volunteering in local youth groups. My love for working with and supporting the children in our community is something I have always been drawn to. Once I graduated, I started my career in behavioral health in clinical, home, and school settings. My passion is working with children and guiding them through the challenges of day-to-day life. As I continue my academic journey in psychology and education, I have become more aware of my drive for equity and inclusion in all avenues of life for our youth.
Board Members

Elaine Clark
Executive Chair
My name is Elaine, my husband is Ian, and our daughters Avery and Maddie will be in the 4’s class this year! We love MCP because of the community of people who make it what it is: a fun, inspiring place for children and their adults to learn and grow. I consider myself a Life-Long Learner and love to be out in nature whenever possible. Our family likes to explore new things, make art, and spend time with the people we love. We also love a good campfire! This is our second year at MCP, and I look forward to getting to know new faces!

Amber Tautfest
Vice Chair
Hi! My name is Amber Tautfest, and my son is Harrison. This will be our third year with MCP! We love the play-based learning and getting to know families in our community. I’m excited to help support our school this year by taking the Vice Chair position on the board. Reach out if there’s anything I can do to help you!

Jamie Ripke
Board Secretary
Hi, I’m Jamie. This is our second year at MCP. My husband and I have 3 sons! Alex (23), Cole (21), and Easton (4). We love hanging out with our family. We try and spend as much time as possible outside having fun! I love being a part of my kids’ schooling, and this cooperative makes that possible.

Bryan Fugate
Treasurer
Hello! My name is Bryan, and my son Logan will be in the 3’s Class this year. Our first year with MCP was a great experience, and Logan had so much development in the 2’s class. I am looking forward to being more involved this year as Treasurer. I am big on community building and connecting with people. Outside of MCP, I enjoy riding bikes with Logan, photography, and playing games with my friends.

April Fugate
Fundraising Chair
My name is April, and I am the Fundraising Chair for MCP this year. My son Logan is returning to MCP for his second year, and we are very excited about the community we are part of! I was in a cooperative elementary school and am still friends with many of the people I was in school with. I am thrilled to be able to provide my son with the experience of a co-op that I had while growing up. Outside of MCP, I work for Snohomish County Human Services. I also love to go thrifting, dabble in watercolor painting, and embroidery.
My goal for fundraising this year is to provide families with a variety of fun and engaging fundraisers throughout the school year, which can be shared with friends and family.

Jonnie Kragseth
Marketing Chair
My daughter, Lillian, is 3 years old, and I am expecting a baby boy in October 2024. I have a 13-year-old stepson and 2 German shepherds. I love spending time with my family, who are the most important people in my life. I’m so excited to be on the board again this year, as being involved and being able to make a difference in my child’s education is so vital to me.
Class Coordinators

Lyana Zainuddin
2’s Class Coordinator
My name is Lyana, and I’m a mom to two boys. My youngest, Atlas, will be in the 2’s class this year. We moved to Marysville a couple of years ago and are slowly getting ourselves familiar with the area. I was a Montessori teacher before my oldest was born, then became an airplane mechanic at Boeing, and now enjoy doing general carpentry work with my little 2-year-old assistant. We also like to go to the beach and work in our garden together. We are excited to be a part of the co-op this year and meet some new friends.

Jackie and Tiffany Bose
3’s Class Coordinator
Tiffany and Jackie, moms to Micah. We joined MCP last year and really love the co-op learning style. We also love getting to know families that live in our community, especially to enjoy play dates with. We were born and raised in the PNW. Go Seahawks!

Madison Buchanan
3’s Class Coordinator
Hello! I’m Madison and my daughter Finley is in the 4s-5s afternoon class. We’re thrilled to be starting our second year at MCP! I’m excited to serve as the Class Coordinator for our class.
As a mom who has home schooled Finley’s older siblings, I truly value the parent involvement and play-based learning that MCP offers. Before joining the preschool, I ran an in-home child care, and I’m passionate about early childhood development.
